We're delighted you've chosen to come on one of our tours for an experience of a lifetime and we look forward to meeting you and sharing our beautiful country with you! Booking is easy, just follow these steps:
Check availability:
Check the availability on your selected tour by either emailing or calling us. We respond to all email enquiries within 24 hours if not sooner.

SECURE BOOKING FORM
Here you will be asked fill out a form with your personal details, and will then automatically get directed to a secure website (ANZ eGate payment gateway) where you will need to enter your credit card details. A payment of a deposit is required to secure your place on a tour and can be made by visa or mastercard. When your transaction is complete, you will be automatically returned back to our website and will receive confirmation that your transaction was successfully completed. Please do not email us your credit card details as it is not secure to do so.
If you have any problems with this process, it may be a good idea to inform your bank that you are heading abroad, as often they will block all international transactions to protect you from fraudulent use.

You may prefer to make your booking over the phone. To pay your deposit you can either post a cheque or international bank draft to us at P.O. Box 1638 Christchurch, or provide us with your credit card details over the phone or by fax. Please do not email us your credit card details as it is not secure to do so.
What if I haven't booked my flights?:
If you need to co-ordinate your tour booking around flights, you can make a tentative booking with us while you finalise your flights. We are happy to hold a booking for you for up to one week.
What happens next:
When you make a booking we will email you to confirm your booking, and will then mail you a Tour Information Pack. This will contain all the information you need to prepare for your trip. You will be required to fill out a personal questionnaire [with medical info, dietary requirements and emergency contact details etc] and return it to us. Please do this as soon as possible - and at least two months before the tour begins as the information helps us prepare menu's and plan the tour.
